Compassion is feeling exactly what another is going through and coming to a new awareness and understanding about them - going beyond sympathy or pity. We can do this for ourselves as well.
It’s hard to feel Inner-Warmth or Compassion for ourselves or others, when we identify and act through the programmed, false-self. Our energy field remains clouded and disrupted by its’ projected, woven patterns.

3 - Remote Energy Sessions - we will gather at the same time/day and experience energetic expansion, ease and the energies of Compassion and Self-Love.
3 - Remote Healing Circles - we will gather at the same time/day. These healing sessions are initiated through the power of intention. No energy is sent. No one interferes with your energetic field.
